There are restrictions on the time of grant of options. The grant of options should be made one month immediately preceding the earlier of:

(i) The date of board meeting for the approval of the listed company’s results for any year, half year, quarterly or any other interim period;
(ii) The deadline for the company to public an announcement of its results for any year.
