Is it true that the limit on the number of securities issued upon exercise of all the outstanding options granted under the scheme could not exceed 20% from time to time?

No. The limit on the number of securities issued upon exercise of all the outstanding options granted and yet to be exercised under the scheme and any other schemes must not exceed 30% of the relevant class of securities of the listed company (or the subsidiary) in issue from time to time.
