A listed company must inform the Stock Exchange and publish an announcement in accordance with the Listing Rule 2.07C at least seven clear business days in advance of the date fixed for any board meeting at which the declaration, recommendation or payment of a dividend is expected to be decided or at which any announcement of the profits or losses for any year, half-year or other period is to be approved for publication.
