In any event: (i) where the electronic copy of the document is published after 7:00 p.m. on the Stock Exchange’s website, publication on the listed company’s own website must not be later than 8:30 a.m. on the business day next following such publication; and (ii) where the electronic copy of the document is published at any other time on the Stock Exchange’s website, publication on the listed company’s own website must not be later than 1 hour after such publication.
