Main Board:
An issuer must publish its results in accordance with the following rules:
(i) for annual accounting periods ending before 31 December 2010 – not later than four months after the end of the financial year; and
(ii) for annual accounting periods ending on or after 31 December 2010 – not later than three months after the end of the financial year

An issuer must send to every member a copy of its annual report not later than four months after the end of the financial year.

An issuer must publish its results and send to every member a copy of its annual report not later than three months after the end of the financial year.
