You have to choose a company name first. You can checked with the Index of the Companies Names from the Companies Registry to make sure that no identical registration.
Then, you have to prepare and submit the following incorporation documents with the required fees to the Companies Registry:-
a) Incorporation Form;
b) A copy of the company's memorandum of association and articles of association; and
c) A Notice to Business Registration Office (IRBR1)
