With reference to rule 10.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “HKEx”) (the “Listing Rules”), a listed company may purchase its shares subject to the provisions of the Code on Share Repurchases. In accordance with paragraph 10 in Appendix 16 of the Listing Rules, the listed company is required to disclose the particulars of any purchase by the listed company of its listed securities (including the aggregate price paid) or an appropriate negative statement during the financial year in the annual reports.
